Our Founder

Lisa Norwood is the founder and CEO of iLead Education Services, a mission-driven consulting firm committed to transforming schools from the inside out. With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and award-winning school principal, Lisa has led turnaround efforts in multiple schools, decreasing discipline referrals by over 50% and driving measurable academic growth.

Having worked in community schools across Arizona for two decades, Lisa understands the challenges educators face—and brings practical solutions grounded in empathy, strategy, and results. Her passion is helping school leaders and teachers create systems that prioritize teaching, foster engagement, and build strong school cultures.

When she’s not coaching leaders or designing schoolwide frameworks, Lisa enjoys walking outdoors, listening to live music, and spending time in worship and reflection.
